What do we collect?
The walkthrough form collects your email address, optional name, company and message, plus a request identifier, submission time and consent version. Please avoid sending credentials, source code or sensitive personal information through the form. Privacy requests collect your email, optional name and request details without requiring sales consent.
Why do we use it?
We use enquiry details to respond to your request and discuss the walkthrough or evaluation you asked about. The walkthrough form records your permission for this contact. We handle privacy requests to meet our data protection obligations. We use a daily keyed hash of your network address for abuse prevention, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. We do not store your raw network address in the enquiry database or add you to a marketing list.
Where is it stored?
Vercel hosts the website and forwards form submissions over HTTPS to a separate Railway service. Railway stores the records in a private database on a persistent volume. Access to the service and administration endpoints requires separate server-held credentials. These providers may process infrastructure data in countries outside the UK under their applicable data protection terms and safeguards.
How long do we keep it?
The website enquiry database automatically removes records after 90 days. Abuse-prevention rate records are also automatically cleared. If a request develops into an evaluation or customer relationship, related correspondence and contractual records may be handled separately under the terms of that relationship. Hosting providers manage infrastructure logs under their own retention policies. The 90-day limit applies to records in the active enquiry database.
Do we use analytics or tracking cookies?
We use Plausible Analytics to understand visits and interactions with this site. Plausible does not use cookies or local storage. We do not send the contents of enquiry forms to Plausible. Read Plausible’s data policy for details about the information it processes.
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting providers may process connection and security information to deliver and protect the site.
